    本產品以優質礬土為主要原料，配以復合超細微粉和多種添加劑生產而成，主要特點為高溫性能良好，易于施工，自動流動和脫氣，組織結構均勻，在中間包永久襯部位使用周期長。

經過多家鋼廠中包使用，壽命大于200次或半年以上。包蓋澆注料的使用壽命均在一年以上。

本產品適用于中間包永久襯以及中間包包蓋。 

【Performance Characteristics】 

The product is produced with high quality bauxite, the main raw material, and composite ultra-fine particle and multiple additives. It has main characteristics of excellent high temperature property, easy construction, automatic flow and degassing, even organizational structure, and long service period at the permanent liner of tundish.

The product has been used in the tundish of multiple steelworks, and the service life is above 200 times or half a year. The service life of the castable for ladle cover is more than one year.

The product is applicable to the permanent liner of tundish and the ladle cover of tundish.
